Terms & Conditions
The terms that apply to services provided by Coastal Clean Pros LLC.
1.Acceptance of Terms
By accepting a quote, signing an agreement, paying a deposit, scheduling service, or allowing Coastal Clean Pros LLC to begin work, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions and to the specific scope of work listed in their quote or agreement.
2.Quotes & Scope of Work
Quotes are based on the visible conditions and information available at the time of the estimate. Any work not specifically included in the approved quote may result in additional charges.
If hidden damage, excessive overgrowth, buried objects, irrigation issues, electrical issues, hazardous conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances are discovered, Coastal Clean Pros LLC may pause work and provide an updated price before continuing.
3.Deposits & Payments
Deposits may be required to reserve service dates, purchase materials, order custom products, or begin preparation for a project.
Unless otherwise stated in writing, deposits become non-refundable once materials have been purchased, custom materials have been prepared, or substantial scheduling or preparation work has begun.
Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule listed on the customer’s quote or invoice.
Late or unpaid balances may result in suspension of service, collection costs, or additional fees where permitted by law.
4.Cancellations & Rescheduling
Customers should provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling.
Deposits may be retained when a cancellation occurs after materials have been ordered, custom materials have been prepared, or significant labor or scheduling resources have already been committed.
Coastal Clean Pros LLC may reschedule work because of weather, unsafe conditions, equipment failure, staffing issues, material delays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
5.Property Access
The customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to all areas necessary to complete the approved work.
Customers should unlock gates, move vehicles, secure pets, and identify any known underground utilities, irrigation components, septic systems, invisible fences, fragile property, or other hazards before work begins.
Additional charges may apply if the crew is unable to access the property or complete the scheduled work because of conditions controlled by the customer.
6.Landscaping Services
Plant availability, size, color, and appearance may vary because plants are natural products.
Coastal Clean Pros LLC does not guarantee the survival of plants after installation unless a specific written plant warranty is included in the quote.
The customer is responsible for proper watering, irrigation, fertilization, and ongoing plant care after installation unless those services are specifically included.
Coastal Clean Pros LLC is not responsible for damage caused by existing irrigation problems, underground utilities that were not identified, pests, disease, extreme weather, improper watering, or conditions outside our control.
7.Mulch, Rock & Materials
Material colors, sizes, textures, and appearance may vary slightly between loads, suppliers, seasons, and product batches.
Material quantities are estimates. If additional material is required to complete the approved scope properly, the customer will be notified before significant additional charges are incurred.
8.Tree, Shrub & Vegetation Work
Tree and shrub trimming will be performed according to the agreed scope.
Unless specifically included, stump grinding, root removal, hauling of unusually large material, permitting, utility relocation, and specialty arborist work are not included.
Coastal Clean Pros LLC may decline or stop work if a tree, limb, structure, power line, or surrounding condition presents an unsafe situation.
9.Pressure Washing & Exterior Cleaning
Customers should ensure windows, doors, and other openings are properly sealed before service.
Coastal Clean Pros LLC is not responsible for water intrusion caused by pre-existing leaks, defective seals, damaged siding, loose paint, deteriorated surfaces, or other existing conditions.
Some stains, oxidation, rust, organic growth, or discoloration may not be completely removable.
10.Christmas Lighting – Leased Materials
Unless specifically stated as a purchase agreement, Christmas lighting materials supplied by Coastal Clean Pros LLC remain the property of Coastal Clean Pros LLC.
The seasonal service price may include custom fitting, installation, timer setup, seasonal maintenance, removal, and storage as listed in the customer’s quote.
Customers may not remove, modify, relocate, repair, or allow another company or individual to alter leased lighting without prior approval.
Damage caused by the customer, pets, contractors, landscaping work, construction, intentional interference, or unauthorized modifications may result in additional charges.
11.Christmas Lighting Deposits & Payment
Unless otherwise stated on the quote, Christmas lighting installations require a 50% deposit to reserve the installation and prepare custom materials.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of installation unless another payment schedule is stated in writing.
Deposits may become non-refundable once custom-cut lighting, materials, or installation preparation has begun.
12.Christmas Lighting Maintenance
Reasonable maintenance for properly installed leased displays is included during the agreed season unless otherwise stated.
Customers should contact Coastal Clean Pros LLC if a section of the display stops working.
Maintenance does not cover damage caused by unauthorized alterations, animals, landscaping equipment, construction, severe weather, electrical system problems, GFCI issues, customer-owned equipment, or other causes outside our control.
13.Christmas Lighting Removal & Storage
Removal will be scheduled after the holiday season.
Removal dates may vary because of weather, scheduling, safety, or other operational conditions.
Leased materials will be removed and stored by Coastal Clean Pros LLC for future seasons when applicable.
14.Multi-Year Christmas Lighting Agreements
If the customer enters into a multi-year agreement, the pricing, discounts, payment schedule, renewal terms, and duration listed on the signed agreement will apply.
Unless specifically sold to the customer, lighting materials remain leased property throughout the agreement.
If a customer cancels a multi-year agreement early, previously applied multi-year discounts may be forfeited and additional amounts may become due as stated in the signed agreement.
15.Electrical Requirements
The customer is responsible for providing functioning and reasonably accessible electrical outlets suitable for the installed display.
Coastal Clean Pros LLC is not responsible for electrical failures caused by the customer’s electrical system, overloaded circuits, faulty outlets, defective GFCI protection, breakers, wiring, or other pre-existing electrical conditions.
16.Weather & Uncontrollable Conditions
Outdoor services are affected by weather.
Rain, wind, storms, lightning, extreme temperatures, hurricanes, saturated soil, or unsafe conditions may require rescheduling.
Coastal Clean Pros LLC is not responsible for delays or damage caused by severe weather, natural disasters, utility outages, government restrictions, supplier shortages, or other events outside reasonable control.
17.Customer-Supplied Materials
If a customer supplies plants, mulch, rock, lighting, equipment, chemicals, or other materials, Coastal Clean Pros LLC is not responsible for defects, shortages, incompatibility, performance, or warranty issues involving those materials.
Additional labor caused by incorrect or insufficient customer-supplied materials may result in additional charges.
18.Damage & Pre-Existing Conditions
Coastal Clean Pros LLC will use reasonable care while performing services.
We are not responsible for damage caused by hidden, deteriorated, improperly installed, or pre-existing conditions that could not reasonably be identified before work began.
Any concerns regarding damage allegedly caused by our services should be reported promptly so the issue can be inspected.
19.Photos & Marketing
Coastal Clean Pros LLC may photograph or record completed work for documentation, advertising, social media, website content, and portfolio purposes.
We will make reasonable efforts not to display personally identifying information such as house numbers, license plates, or customer information.
Customers may request in writing that their property not be used for marketing purposes.
20.Service Warranty
Any warranty or guarantee applies only if specifically stated in writing on the customer’s quote, invoice, agreement, or other written documentation.
Normal wear, weather damage, plant health issues, customer modifications, third-party damage, and conditions outside our control are not covered unless specifically stated otherwise.
21.Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coastal Clean Pros LLC’s liability relating to a service shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Coastal Clean Pros LLC will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
22.Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
Any dispute shall be handled in the appropriate court or jurisdiction applicable to Coastal Clean Pros LLC unless otherwise required by law.
23.Changes to These Terms
Coastal Clean Pros LLC may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The version in effect when a customer accepts a quote or agreement will generally apply to that service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
